I love the new Wonder Woman makeup collection from M.A.C.! Everything down to the packaging is top notch. I got the Mineralize Skinfinish Powder ($35), “Lady Justice” eye shadow quad ($40), “Red Russian” matte lipstick ($15.50), “Wonder Woman” lipglass ($20), and “Themyscira” blue Opulash mascara ($15). There’s really no point in doing a review on this line because everything M.A.C. creates is amazing. I’ll cut to the chase and show you all my new tutorial!
Everyone should have a M.A.C #130 Short Duo Fibre Brush ($40). This tiny stippler gives perfectly executed makeup no matter what you use it for. The perfect blend of natural and synthetic fibers make it ideal for use with all textures. It blends perfectly, shapes precisely, gives an airbrushed finish, and easily transitions from one medium to the next. Here is a list of things I use the #130 for:
*Serum
*Moisturizer
*Primer
*Foundation
*Powder
*Blush
*Highlight
*Contour
*Blending
You can see how many uses I get out of the M.A.C. #130 Brush in my latest tutorial:
I love the Urban Decay Sustainable Shadow Box palette ($36). In this tutorial I show how to achieve a smoky eye using the eye shadows in this shadow box.
I’ve always loved the super kawaii clutter of Tokidoki Designs. Now they have a whole cosmetics line available at Sephora that I couldn’t refuse. I really didn’t expect much from makeup in packaging so cute it made me want to vomit rainbows and unicorns, but I was pleasantly surprised. My video shows what I love about the eyeshadows, brushes, mascara, lip stain and lip glosses. There are also swatches and an application tutorial. Tokidoki!!! SQUEE!!!
